Print an error to the user when they only specify and module and not a class. This also fixes a crash under the same conditions.

Making logic.component_reload and logic.component_remove buttons embossed so that they look and behave more like buttons.

Removed some testing code in camera.py and made "Front Wheel Drive" and "Rear Wheel Drive" mutually exclusive by using the new set notation for a menu argument.

Not sure how this got missed when I branched, but this change is needed to get RNA to compile with the Python components. Hopefully this isn't an indication of deeper problems with the branching.

There is enough potential developer interest in BGE Components that I'm making a branch for them. I'm also committing my initial work in the area.
