Fix T67591: Gpencil reorganize Edit Menu The Grease Pencil Stroke Menu in Edit mode is cluttered with operators that act over stroke, points or the entire object. To keep the consistency of the edit menu with other Blender Objects, we should separate the menu in: Grease Pencil - Stroke - Point.
