Removed unused code.

Added basic read/write functions for pagedbuffer.

Copied over some old code, to be adapted.

Added a new modifier NParticleBuffer. This is just a thin wrapper around the NParticleBuffer struct to act as a particle container. Eventually could utilize a better object data system, for now this is ok.

Started implementing individual paged layers.

Cleanup: follow the proposed naming scheme for blenlib (BLI_<prefix>_<function-name>).

Original paged buffer implementation.

Better macros for low-level ultra fast access to paged buffers.
