Fixed a crash related to gridlines

Crash occured when transform of the fluid domain is changed.
Fixed by ensuring fluid before populating the cache.

Changed to 'texelFetch()' for 'closest' interpolation in fluid viewport display

Used 'texelFetch()' instead of 'texture()' to avoid filtering and thus precision errors
