TrackMania Nations Forever

TrackMania Nations Forever is a fast pace racing game.

It can be played solo or multiplayer. In single player mode player must defeat predefined "medal times" to gain medals. Multiplayer mode is either racing or trying to get best lap time within the time limit.

TrackMania players are ranked real-time in a world-wide Internet ranking system. Multiplayer games give you ladder points depending on your result and single player ranking depends on the number of medals.

The rank is used to sort players in Internet games to play against other players with similar skill level. The tracking however makes the game to require Internet connection even when playing single player games.

The commercial version: TrackMania United mainly provides new maps and vehicles but United players also get their customized cars visible to the players of free version.
