Geometry Nodes: Support the "normal" attribute

The `normal` attribute is a bit special for a few reasons:
- It has the special CD_NORMAL custom data type even though
it is just a float3.
- It is sometimes stored in the `MVert` array as a vector of
shorts instead of in a separate custom data layer.
- The custom data layer does not have a default name, so we
can't count on addressing it by name.
- It can exist on multiple domains, meaning that polys, vertices,
and corners can all have the "normal" attribute.

All of these combined raise a lot of questions about how to properly
support reading and writing from this attribute. The whole idea that
it should be valid to address an attribute with the same name on
multiple domains is challenging for the attribute code.

This branch currently supports reading normals stored in the `MVert`
layer and in `CD_NORMAL` layers. I'm not at all sure that this is the
ideal way of dealing with this situation, but it's a start.

Tracking: Implement proportional editing

Disclaimer: This is a work-in-progress, to find best and optimal
workflow, user interface, defaults, and so on.

To test the new functionality:
1. Enable proportional editing.
2. Grab marker.

The expected behavior is that in this configuration the transform
will be smoothly propagated up to keyframe or up to end of tracked
segment (whatever happens sooner).

Allows to address issue of sudden jump in track when correcting
sliding marker.

EEVEE: Depth of field: Improve scatter pass

This makes each sprite scatter 4 pixels instead of one.

This roughly divides the render time of the effect by two and
improve the color precision.

The single pass method was creating issues on near/far CoC
discontinuities, so we reverted to a 2 pass method even if a bit
more costly (but still is 2x faster).

Use VSM like occlusion texture to avoid light leaking through closer
background and foreground.

EEVEE: Depth Of Field: Scatter optimization

Use neighborhood comparison to reject pixels from scattering pass if
they are not different enough from surrounding pixels.

Logic is here, but this needs refinement. This is mainly to
reject lots of scattering sprites on large out of focus regions
that are really bright.

This means we now supports arbitrary large CoC.

EEVEE: Depth Of Field: Add Bokeh shape texture precomputation

To support geometric bokeh shapes, we now use a texture to guide
the gathered samples and modify the scattered pixels shapes.

This is done by a very fast precomputation pass that outputs the
bokeh shape to a texture that is then sampled by the convolution
pass.
