Volumes: add global volume grid cache

This is used for sharing grids between multiple volume datablocks with the
same filepath, and sharing grids between original and copy-on-write datablocks
created by the depsgraph.

Volumes: use principled volume by default in volume object materials

This is mostly straightforward, but required some refactoring in Cycles to
ensure that the default volume material does not always turn on the volume
feature for GPU rendering.

Volume: initial support for frame sequences

There is frame duration/start/offset just like images. A difference is
that there are more playback modes: clip, extend, repeat, ping-pong.

Still missing is auto detect of frame sequences, the duration has to be
manually entered now.

Objects: modifier stack integration for hair, point clouds and volumes

This is more a prototype for testing, it's not clear yet if we want to use
the existing modifier stack or immediately go to nodes.

Currently working are a few deform modifiers for hair and points clouds.
The infrastructure for constructive modifiers is there as well, just none
are implemented.
