Implemented missing typeinfo lookup logic

First draft of logic for handling inner operation nodes

Convenience macro for checking if we have an outer node or not

Reshuffled the order in which inner nodes list ("nodes") occurs in Outer Node structs

* Now, all Outer Nodes (descended from OuterDepsNodeTemplate) have
"nodes" list immediately after DepsNode header
* Attached special tags to each DepsNode struct to provide extra info
for how to keep track of the pseudo-inheritance ordering rules to
be accounted for (which has been done in a machine-readable way)
