2.5: 3D View Toolbar:

* Added some greying out and hiding for disabled/non available settings.
* Some layout tweaks.
* Added "Flip Direction" for Sculpt, this is the "Add, Sub" Option from 2.49, this time as a boolean. Off = Add, On, Sub.
