== Transform Limiting Constraints ==

Two tweaks:
* Reduced the amount of empty space at the bottom of these constraints.
* When using the Add Constraint menu (Ctrl Alt C) to add new constraints,
an empty is no longer created when creating a "Limit *" constraint.
