GPencil: UI: Move adaptive resolution

Since the adaptive resolution modifies the behaviour of the
curve resolution parameter, it makes more sense to put the checkbox
underneath the curve resolution silder.

GPencil: Make Selected as default for SVG export

Instead to use Active, it's better use Selected.

Fix: Use shift for bone restrict button hierarchy toggles

The bone restrict buttons were using `ctrl` rather than `shift` for the
hierarchy toggle. Use `shift` for consistency.
