GLBackend: Fix gl error inside the mip rendering workaround detection

This was caused by an incorrect mipmap size.
Also add debug checks for good mesure.

GLFrameBuffer: Fix mass renaming issue

The context might be partialy freed, so use gpu::Context instead of
GLcontext.
