Use a different method of calculating path for face-holes

Instead of finding close points between islands.

use first/last points on each island to find closest islands in negative/positive directions
when searching the KD-tree.

Fix several issues with logic of core id-remap:

* We need to clear the 'user-one' flags and potential usercount for old_id.
* We need to consider ID usages inside a same lib as **never** being indirect ones.

Also re-enabled proxy checking for now (not sure why I commented it, think testing stuff or so...).

Bump the BVM stack size to 4095.

Currently there is no optimization for stack usage, which would ultimately
reduce the required stack size dramatically. 255 is still very low though.

Use individual node types for constructing transform matrices.

Transforms can be created as translations, rotations (euler and axis/angle)
and scale.

The UI nodes include and automatic multiplication node for convenience.
