Pivot for built-in (as know as basic) stereo camera

That includes a fix for Toe-In which wasn't 100% correct.

Image Editor: set COMBINED as default passtype and fallback iuser
settings when changing image

Before you may get no update when changing images. Now it makes sure the
passtype, view, ... is always valid for the current image (otherwise it
fallbacks to default).

Record basic statistics on depsgraph timing, if enabled in user prefs.

This works with a (C style) `DepsgraphStats` struct, which holds a hash
table containing per-ID block info. These ID info structs in turn can
optionally have more detailed per-component info (currently never
generated, this would have to be enabled per ID by the user in some way).

Update simulation: Spend random sleep time in depsgraph operation stubs,
to simulate actual work and provide a testbed for the scheduler.

Debug cleanup: removed the build step debuggging.

Build debugging is not very useful and pollutes the API somewhat.
Also moved eval debug methods into the common DepsgraphDebug class.

Fix crash reported on irc by nudelZ, entering texture paint mode in
cycles crashes. Ensuring data does not work in node materials, don't set
image on image editors.

added a fix normals option to let cracks in smooth objects nearly disappear, also rotates the vertex normals with the verts... WIP... because i need somehow to get the derivedmesh of the previous modifier in stack if there is one

TILES: started with the Tile class.
made sure that the tile class is used during scheduling and execution. For planning it is not used yet.
idea is to move the class creation to the front and make sure it stays correct
