rigdibody: Don't free DerivedMesh when creating mesh shapes

It's not necessary since we don't create it ourselves now.

Cycles / Sky Model:
* Old and new model can now be selected from a drop down menu.
* Old blend files load fine and use the old model, when we create a new Sky Texture node it defaults to the new model.

* Fixed Strength issues with new model and some code cleanup there.

ToDo:
* OSL implementation for thee new model.
* Code cleanup. Maybe outsource the whole precalc into its own cpp file?

Fix for the problem where custom panels would not work as popups.

Popup panels aren't implemented as an operator anymore. Also, popup panels now KEEP_OPEN.

- changed memory allocation of both VDBTextureSystem and each VDBVolumeFile stored in the VDBTextureSystem's map to use smart pointers;
- implemented naive interpolation for texture lookup (nearest neighbor);

Custom icon shelf buttons are now context sensitive (i.e. different buttons in different modes).

The custom icons are now in the RGN_TYPE_MENU_BAR instead of in their own region. The menubar region now snaps to once or twice the header size.

Started on custom panels and icon shelf that can be defined at runtime.

* currently saves in blend file
* interface is very rough still
* text-buttons only
* paint/sculpt modes have not yet been transitioned to the menubar approach

* Use labels to make brush color UI more readable and tidy
* Expose brush color flip operator on UI

Add brush menu in image editor as well. Allows to set brush tool and
unified brush strength and size

Extra spacing gradient mode, clamp vs repeat. When the spacing is
reached, the stroke sticks to the final color.
