GPencil: Hide curve points when the curve in unselected

The points are displayed only if the stroke is selected or if the stroke is unselected but the Handles display mode is ALL.

GPencil: Add Curve Select prop to RNA

In orphan data display mode, the QUIT and X icons were used to show the
state of fake users. This uses the proper icons, and removes the "F"
column now that we have a proper icon to show the fake user status.

GPencil: Fix pressure and strength not updateing

Handles could be scaled, but the data was not written back to the
stroke. This fixes this issue by forceing a recalc after the data has
been written to the curve.

GPencil: Transformation of handles

Implemented free transformation of edit curve handles.

GPencil: Fix error threshold not showing in panel

Fixed how last not-transparent bounce is found.
Was using emission_sd if most recent bounce was transparent, but this
is incorrect. Now it uses the ray_N PathState for normal and
recalculates the point.
