new items don't fit perfectly into the categories.

Add margin and rounded corners to list panels

This helps differentiate them from regular panels and makes it clearer
that they are separate from each other.

Also added a list panel subpanel flag to avoid always searching parents to
see if a panel belongs to a list panel.
