Committed out conflicting part from previous merge. It was no longer possible to compile with Cycles.

* Changing (most) smoke domain settings no longer clears whole domain but just the cache. This way it's easier to try out different settings while playback.
* Copying domain object now also preserves adaptive settings. :p
* Heat/velocity debug visualization (dev only) works again.
* Some code cleanup.

Overlay for Tiled style brushes. The implementation uses openGL
multitexture to minimize texture uploads. The curve strength is written
to a separate texture and modulated with the view texture at runtime.
Unfortunately, I haven't found a way to get a consistent result with the
rest of the brushes because this would require inverting the alpha after
the texture combine operation.

Add code to properly support tiled mode overlay. Not functional yet but

Made some changes to the way the snapping system handles different types
of mesh data.
Re-implemented vertex snapping using the new snapping system! There are
a couple of bugs with this recorded in comments for
SnapMesh_snap_vertex.

Looks like the Blenderplayer was already handling initializing the matrix stack in GPG_Application, so I'm removing it from GPG_ghost.cpp.

A slightly different way of dealing with the shift problem that doesn't involve a hack. It also changes the design of the layer buttons slightly such that clicking one doesn't automatically reset the others, which I think may be a usability improvement anyway as their purpose is to act like layers, which should be independent of each other. To make up for this I've added a ctrl-click which acts as before, selecting a single layer to the exclusion of others.

Clicking on an object in an unselected scene would select the scene but not the object, this is now fixed.
