Cleanup: Remove print statements and comment

Drag and drop modifiers from panels

When the panel animation finishes, a new move modifier to index
operator is called, reordering the modifier stack. Then on the next
draw, the panel types mismatch and the stack is redrawn (or new
indices are set if the types match).
