Fix T44049, edge bevel with sometimes breaks UVs.
Fairly large changes to bevel code to do a better job
of keeping UVs from crossing islands, etc.

to explain algorithm used for maintaining UVs.
Updated the bevel_regression.blend tests in lib tests.
