Smoke emission + Dynamic Paint

Testing new smoke flow options: Smoke is emitted directly from mesh surface (no particles) and emission rate is controlled by Dynamic Paint generated vertex group. :)

Note: This is an experimental feature I'm working on as a GSoC 2012 project. Development happens in the "soc-2012-fried_chicken" branch.
