Animation for dropping layer on drag & drop reordering

Would also like to animate other layers when they offset, but there are more important things to be done.

Cycles: Bring back extmax to aligned node rebust intersector

Hopefully will solve any possible regressions in behavior.

new function that builds a derived mesh from the fluid objects mesh data (fluid object gets mesh data by reading bobj.gz)
