blender2.8: New immediate mode for sculpt_uv.c [Note: this patch functionality was implemented in parallel, independently at bf83f097ad7e That said, the original patch was also removing an unnecessary include, so here it is] Replaced the one call to `glutil_draw_lined_arc`.
