Fix T59913: error saving cloth preset

clang-format: exclude opensubdiv, it uses Google style.

clang-format: add most intern/ modules for formatting, including cycles.

The only excluded modules still are libmv, numaapi (using Google style) and
elbeem, smoke, itasc (originated outside of Blender).

clang-format: use clang-format binary from lib directory on macOS.

There was a problem in the caps start and in some situations, the pixel was wrong.

Also changed the way the caps are detected because use the alpha in negative was a hack that maybe will not work with all drivers.
