Cycles: revert async CUDA changes, these are giving too much trouble still. Fixes T40027. This means we get more CPU usage again when using multiple CUDA, but the impact on performance is too big a problem with the current code. |

Show warning when hiding a proxy bone It can't be undoe with Ctrl-Z, but Alt-H works just fine. So instead of breaking someone's workflow let's just add an info about how to bring bones back. |

Move ShadingSystem enum to shader.h Add SHADINGSYSTEM_ to enum member names, so it is clear where they are from. Revert BVHType enum changes, as there's no need for code dedup here. |
