Tracking: Enable "Render Undistorted" only if there is actual distortion Applies to "Setup Tracking Scene" operator which configures background images for the viewport. Fix T69522: Render Region not refreshing Output Properties setting/clearing render region uses ND_RENDER_OPTIONS notifier, but listener was only refreshing RENDER and VIEWLAYER tabs in that case, whereas the render region buttons are located in OUTPUT tab.
