Undo spped-up: remove collections from ignored IDs.

Looks like this is not crashing anymore (though still very bugy), the
others (UI dtat-blocks) we do not really care anyway...

Seems that `git am` will force native EOL.

Was caused by "wrong" EOL characters used in the patch: the file is
actuallyu saved using CRLF EOL style.

The patch was using CRLF as well for until recent change in the C
runtime.
