Rename of modifiers completed

Now the old Dupli modifier is named Array and Array named Dupli

Eevee: SSR: Add two hit option.

This option add another raytrace per pixel, clearing some noise.
But multiplying the raytrace cost.

Add a constant number of 4 drawing loop to accumulate 4 "bounce" of light in SSRs.

Eevee: SSR: Small fixes

- Encode normals for other opaque bsdf so they are not rejected by the normal facing test.
- Early out non reflective surfaces.
- Add small offset to raytrace to avoid self intersection.
- Fix fallback probes not appearing.

Added weighted normal modifier.

Has a weight int which specifies the weights with which face area/corner angle will be exponentially divided. Threshold provides the limit in values which will be weighted equally.

WIP: New Duplication modifier

This modifer works similar to use dupliobjects for the current GP object.

Still pending apply button.

Topograb: Tried changing normal for correct grab position. It has become unstable to some extend and crashes a bit in some case. Still works fine in normal mode
