LineArt: Improve certain edge cases in occlusion

This patch includes:
View vector fix for ortho back face.
Point on segment logic correction.
Better handling of boundary cases.

Sculpt-dev: Add support for attribute triplets

It simply wasn't maintainable to store active/render
vertex color layer as integer indices into the
global attribute list. Making that work would've
required a great deal of boilerplate that would
have to be inserted in lots of places. There
is simply no justification for doing that.

Instead, I've coded an AttributeRef struct that
simply stores a (type, name, domain) triplet to
uniquely reference an attribute layer.

This will be submitted as a patch for master
too.

Fix T93080: Crash on scrubbing with snapping

Sequencer wasn't initialized, snapping crashed on NULL dereference.

Fix T90412: Inconsistency in mask strip color

This seems to be oversight in 271231f58ee3 where strip color was
defined only for light theme.

Fix T91724: Strip height is too limited

This change was introduced in 997b5fe45dab, to not display pixelated
thumbnails. However when VSE timeline height is made smaller, this
limits strip height.

Change limit, so one strip can occupy full height of VSE timeline
